Pensions: ABI and Trade Unions on Redundancy Fund
In the margin of yesterday's meeting for the negotiation on the renewal of the agreement on trade union freedom, common considerations emerged between Abi and Trade Unions on the regulation, introduced in the financial measures which contemplated as of 2011 a single “window” that allows access to retirement and old-age pension after twelve months from the date of accrual of the retirement requirements.
